Team WORC is committed to serving its community as the primary provider of workforce development education and training. Through our continuous efforts, our organization provides a number of services and programs designed for employers located in the Indianapolis service area in two ways:

Team WORC can help you get skilled in areas that can boost your confidence, as well as your income.
We work with local businesses and industries to establish courses and programs dedicated to specifically identified community employment and cross-training needs. Local industries are contacted on a regular basis to determine their training concerns and to share Team WORC’s training capabilities.
Industry partners regularly seek specialized training from the organization through our existing training resources. From there, Team WORC assesses market demand for the local service area and determines the training that we should provide, whether through various programs or regular program instruction. Team WORC also partners with Project Azul and B.Y. Construction to provide customized training for new and expanding industries in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Project Azul believes in the power of jobs to improve the lives of people. Project Azul leverages a robust network of education, community, and employer partners to serve participants. We support participants as they receive a job-ready credential and place them in careers in fast-growing employment sectors. Through this preparation and training, participants are able to achieve a better quality of life for themselves and their families by earning living-wages and opening doors to opportunity.
TRAININGS & CERTIFICATIONS
The foundation was created, and continues its work today, to develop and implement solutions that address the workforce issues and challenges of the construction industry. It currently oversees dynamic programs that help promote careers in construction, provide entry level training to construction careers, and assist schools and businesses connect for value-added student earn and learn experiences.
